Introduction
The BD sensor is a distance sensor that can be used with a 3D printer for real-time rapid bed leveling and Z-axis adjustment.
Installation Guide
BDsensor-m can be directly connected using the motherboard's EXP1 and BL-TOUCH* interfaces.
Using Klipper
Connect the sensor cable to the EXP1 interface of the motherboard
Marlin Usage
Connect the sensor cable to the EXP1 port of the mainboard
Klipper Auto Z-OFFSET
This feature requires the BD sensor firmware version (which you can obtain by sending M102 S-1, not the hardware version on the sensor) to be V1.1b, greater than V1.2b, or purchased after March 2024. Otherwise, you need to use an external hardware tool (such as STlink) to flash the firmware into the BD sensor.
Marlin Auto Z-OFFSET
This feature requires a BD sensor firmware version (you can obtain this version by sending the M102 S-1 command, not the hardware version on the sensor)
