System Image Burning and Configuration Guide
Step 1: System Image Flashing
1. Enter the System Configuration Interface
After launching the software, select the System Configuration option from the left menu bar to enter the system flashing interface.
2. Connect the Storage Device
Connect the storage card to be flashed to the computer's USB port via a card reader.
💡 Tip: Using a USB 3.0 or higher interface can significantly improve flashing speed.
3. Identify the Storage Device
Click the Refresh button next to Storage Device to ensure the system correctly identifies the connected storage card.
4. Select the Device Model
Click Device Selection and choose the corresponding configuration plan based on your device model.
5. Execute the Flashing Operation
After confirming the device selection is correct, click the Start Flashing button.
- This operation will permanently erase all data on the storage card!
- Ensure important files have been backed up before flashing.
- Do not disconnect the device during the flashing process.
6. Complete the Flashing
Wait for the flashing progress to complete. When the interface displays "Complete," the system image has been successfully written.
Step 2: System Configuration
✅ Operation Tip: After completing the selection and modification of all configuration items, be sure to click Manual Write Configuration to ensure all settings are correctly saved to the storage card.
1. Enable Configuration Function
Click the Enable System Configuration switch to activate system configuration options.
2. Basic Settings
Configuration File Management
Function Description
- Folder Selection: Only folders can be selected, not individual configuration files.
- Auto Copy: All configuration files in the selected folder will be automatically copied to the storage card.
- Auto Load: The system will automatically load the copied configurations upon startup.
Folder Preparation Steps
💡 Operation Tip: Follow these steps to prepare the configuration file folder.
- Create Configuration Folder: Create a folder named
config. - Place Configuration Files: Copy your machine configuration files into the
configfolder.
Notes
- Ensure the configuration file format is correct; the system will copy the entire content of the
configfolder. - The folder name and directory structure must strictly follow the above requirements.
- The system will automatically identify and load the configuration without manual operation.
Wi-Fi Network Configuration
Enter the available Wi-Fi name and password to configure the device network connection.
Web Interface Selection
Currently supported web UIs:
- Fluidd - Lightweight Klipper web interface
- Mainsail - Feature-rich Klipper web interface
Display Settings
Configure display parameters based on the connected monitor type.
3. Advanced Settings
Device Identification
Set a personalized printer name for easy network identification.
Camera Functionality
Configure camera service parameters to enable video monitoring.
Regional Settings
Set the system language and corresponding time zone to ensure accurate time display.
Communication Settings
Configure the CAN bus transmission rate to optimize device-to-device communication.
Friendly Reminder: After completing all configurations, safely eject the storage card, then insert it into the target device to start the system.
