  • Out-of-the-box, Complete Ecosystem: The system comes pre-installed with all necessary plugins (e.g., environment required for input shaping and resonance compensation), greatly reducing debugging time for quick printing starts.
  • Industrial-Grade Design and Power Supply: Supports 12-24V wide voltage input, integrates a dedicated SPI accelerometer interface, ensuring long-term stable and reliable operation.
  • Rich Interfaces, Comprehensive Expansion: Provides various display outputs (HDMI, TFT), 4 USB 2.0 ports, Ethernet port, and CAN bus interface, meeting the connection needs of various peripheral devices.
  • Easy Maintenance, Supports OTA: Supports one-click system online update (OTA), allowing you to obtain the latest features and security patches without re-flashing the system.

Purchase and Usage Notes

Important: Regarding Storage

The FLY-Pi does not come with any storage device from the factory. You must prepare at least one of the following storage media for the device to function normally:

  • Option 1 (Recommended): Purchase a FLY custom M2WE module (Wi-Fi/eMMC) for faster system response and higher reliability.
  • Option 2: Provide your own Micro SD (TF) card, with a recommended capacity between 16GB-128GB.

Important Precautions

Interface Conflict Warning

The TFT screen, SPI accelerometer interface, and RRF expansion interface cannot be used simultaneously!

  • Hardware Conflict: The interfaces mentioned above physically share the same set of SPI resources.
  • Consequences: Connecting them simultaneously will result in abnormal screen display and severely erroneous accelerometer data.
  • Solution: Only connect and use one of these interfaces at a time.
M2WE Interface Warning

Proprietary Protocol, Do Not Connect Non-FLY Devices!

  • The onboard M2WE interface uses a FLY proprietary custom protocol; its physical and electrical specifications are not standard.
  • Only connect the official FLY M2WE module (Wi-Fi / eMMC) provided by FLY.
  • Strictly forbidden to connect any standard or third-party M.2 devices, as this will cause permanent hardware damage to the motherboard.
About Wi-Fi Functionality

The FLY-Pi has no onboard Wi-Fi.

For wireless connectivity, please choose:

  1. Recommended Solution: Use the FLY official M2WE Wi-Fi Module.
  2. Alternative Solution: Use a driverless universal USB Wi-Fi module, ensuring it is compatible with the Linux system.
