Motherboard Precautions

Power Indicator Light

  • When powered via Type-C and without connecting other motherboard power supplies, SYS_5V and SYS_3.3V should be lit.
  • After connecting the motherboard power supplies (HVIN, VIN, BOARD, POWER), the motherboard power light should remain constantly lit.

Drivers

  • TP5160 and TP2209 differ only in naming, and no jumper is required to select the driver mode.
  • The driver port can only accommodate TP drivers; no other devices should be installed.

Endstop Port

  • The ProX10 supports a 5V and 12V power selection. Please note that if using a proximity switch, a diode must be installed for voltage step-down.

Host Computer

  • The ProX10 supports the use of an external host computer. After selecting the connection via Type-C using the DIP switch, it can be used.

Firmware Flashing

  • The motherboard supports flashing via a TF card, but the default factory setting is Katapult.
  • If you need to use a TF card for flashing, you must reflash the BL.
