Firmware Flashing Instructions
Notes
- The PRO X10 comes pre-flashed with Katapult
- Once BL has been flashed, there is no need to flash BL again
- The PRO X10 has two types of BL: Katapult firmware and TF card-flashed BL firmware
- If needed, you can reflash the BL firmware of your choice
Important
- The mainboard firmware must be flashed via Katapult to install Klipper
- If you are certain that the mainboard has already been flashed with Katapult, skip the final step of flashing the Katapult firmware
- You can quickly press the reset button twice and check if an LED on the mainboard starts blinking; if so, the mainboard has entered the Katapult firmware mode
How to Determine Which Firmware You Need

- Please note that you only need to flash one of the firmware types
- The Pro X10 can be connected to the host machine using the following methods:

USB Firmware
- Advantages: Reliable and stable communication
- Disadvantages: Multiple USB devices may affect data transmission

USB Bridged Firmware
- Advantages: Can connect multiple devices without occupying a USB port
- Disadvantages: When used with
KlipperScreen, it may cause errors such as homing timeout
