Connect to the Host via SSH

  • This document applies only to FLY host devices. Other devices are for reference only.
  • For compiling and flashing firmware, refer to the network connection tutorial, not the serial port connection tutorial.
  • Connect to the device via serial port or Wi-Fi
  • Prepare MobaXterm_Personal or other SSH terminal tool in advance
  • Ensure the SD card or M2WE has a system corresponding to the host burned
  • If the host fails to start properly, remove peripherals such as drivers, limit switches, and fans!!!
  • Finally, connect via network to SSH for convenient firmware compilation!!
  • For firmware compilation, refer to the tutorial on connecting to the host via Wi-Fi or Ethernet

Power Supply

  • Connect the FLY host to the computer using a USB Type-C cable

  • Ensure the USB Type-C cable supports data transfer!

  • After the system starts, the indicator light will flash rapidly!!

  • Flashing indicates the system has started

Connecting to Host Machine SSH via Serial Port Using Web Page

  • Connect the host machine to the computer via USB, then click Device Connect below.

  • If successful, USB Serial or a similar device will be displayed.

  • Select the corresponding device, then click Connect.

  • A prompt will appear upon successful connection.

  • FlyOS-FAST default username is root, default password is mellow.

  • Starting from version V1.3.2, the FAST system automatically logs in via serial connection by double-clicking or pressing Enter twice consecutively.

  • The content shown in the image below will appear after pressing Enter.
