Product Overview
The FLY-LLL Flux Buffer is a dual-channel automatic filament refill system. Each motor channel includes two sensors for filament in and out, and the buffer contains 4 position sensors used to control feeding, stopping, retracting, and channel switching.

Sensor Calibration and Testing
This page is used to test the S1/S2 of the two motor channels and the B1/B2/B3/B4 of the buffer, for a total of 8 Hall sensors. Multi-controller slave units not connected to a buffer only need to test the 4 motor sensors and can skip B1-B4.
Firmware Flashing
This page applies to devices with firmware versions lower than v2.0.0. For v2.0.0 and above, you can update directly through the web tool without entering DFU. Please refer to Firmware Update.
Firmware Update
This page applies to devices with firmware version v2.0.0 and above. Devices below v2.0.0 need to first follow Firmware Flashing to enter DFU and flash the complete firmware.
FAQ
Before inspecting wiring harnesses, terminals, sensor installation, or the mechanical structure of the buffer, please completely turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply. Do not plug or unplug wiring harnesses, adjust interface wiring order, or touch terminals while powered on.
