Fly-SHT36-V3 Tool Board Documentation

Quick Navigation

1. Preparation

Hardware List:

  • Tool Board: Fly-SHT36-V3
  • Host Computer:
    Host Computer Compatibility Notice
    • Recommended Models: Fly-PI-V3, Raspberry Pi 4/5, and other standard host computers
    • Unsupported Models: Redmi phones, WiFi dongles, and set-top boxes, and various modified non-standard host computers
    • Important Note: Using a modified host computer may cause system instability, abnormal functionality, or failure to operate properly
  • Data Cable: One Type-C data cable
  • Connection Method (Choose One):
    • CAN Connection: Requires a UTOC module or a mainboard already flashed with USB-to-CAN bridge firmware
    • RS232 Connection: Requires a UTOR module or a mainboard with native RS232 support (such as D8, D8-Pro, C8P)
  • Power Supply: 12V‑24V power adapter (please ensure the voltage is within range)
  • Computer: Windows PC (or any other computer that can use SSH tools)

2. Usage Guide and Precautions

Core Principle: Most issues are caused by inconsistencies in configuration, connections, or power supply. Please troubleshoot in the following order of priority:

  1. Connection and Configuration: Ensure that the DIP switch, firmware type, and the [mcu SHT36] connection method in Klipper are all consistent (all CAN or all RS232).
  2. Power and Wiring: Confirm that the supply voltage is normal. All cables are securely connected.
  3. Status Indicators: After powering on, check whether the power and status indicator lights are normal.
