Screen Wiring

Important Safety Notice
  • When using FPC cables to connect TFT or HDMI screens, ensure the device is completely powered off to prevent screen damage
  • When wiring TFT screens, carefully confirm the insertion direction of the FPC cable to avoid device malfunction due to reverse connection

Screen Configuration

FLYOS-FAST System Screen Configuration

  1. Access the device IP address via a browser, e.g., http://192.168.6.110/

fluidd Interface: Uncheck "Filter hidden files and folders"

mainsail Interface: Check "Show hidden files"

  1. Enter the displayed .flyos-config folder and locate the sys-config.conf configuration file

  1. Edit the sys-config.conf file and modify the corresponding configuration items based on the screen type
  • Change screen= to fly-tft-v1
  • To use FLY Screen, set klipper_screen=0; if both klipper_screen=1 and fly_screen=1 are enabled, KlipperScreen will be used by default
  • Change fly_screen=0 to fly_screen=1
  • Reference after modification:
screen=fly-tft-v1
  • Also modify:
klipper_screen=0
fly_screen=1

Configuration Notes
  • Ensure the DIP switch on the back of the screen is correctly set: For resistive screens, set to Resi
  • The configuration file format must be key=value, with no spaces after the equals sign
  • Do not modify the configuration file format arbitrarily, or the configuration will not take effect
  1. After saving the configuration

After modifying the configuration, restart the system to apply the changes
