Notes
  • If this is your first time viewing this document, you need to manually burn the BL before burning the firmware
  • BL Firmware Burn
  • Once the BL has been burned, there is no need to burn it again later
  • The BL for DP5 is the Katapult firmware

Firmware Burn Instructions

Notice
  • Burning the mainboard firmware needs to be done through Katapult to burn Klipper
  • If you are sure that the mainboard has already been burned with Katapult, there is no need to burn the Katapult firmware at the end
  • You can quickly press the reset button twice and see if an LED on the mainboard starts blinking. If it does, it means the mainboard has entered the Katapult firmware

How to determine which firmware you need

tip
  • Please note that you only need to burn one of the firmwares
  • DP5 can connect to the host computer in the following ways

    • Disadvantages: May cause errors such as homing timeout when used together with KlipperScreen.
