Mainboard Notes

Power Indicator Light

  • Only through TYPE-C power supply and not connecting other mainboard power sources, at least two lights 3.3V and 5V should be on
  • After connecting the mainboard power supply, the mainboard power light should be on 3.3V, 5V, and VCC

Problem Solving

Notes
  • In the absence of any external devices (drivers, limit switches, 12864, etc.)
  • Only through TYPE-C power supply, at least two LEDs 3.3V and 5V should be constantly on
  • If no lights are on, it indicates a short circuit, please contact customer service
  • If one of the 3.3V or 5V lights is blinking, it indicates a short circuit, please contact customer service

Driver

  • The mainboard supports external drivers Wiring and Configuration Tutorial

Limit Switch Port

  • Please pay attention to the wiring order, for three-wire limit switches, note that 5V, GND, and S must be connected correctly, otherwise it may cause damage to the mainboard
  • For two-wire connections, just connect S and GND directly
  • PL08 and other proximity switches need to connect a diode on the signal port to reduce the voltage below 3.3V

Firmware

  • Due to button issues, the tutorial has been updated to use Katapult firmware for firmware flashing
  • It is recommended to use a computer to flash the Katapult firmware and then use the Katapult firmware to flash klipper
  • BL Flashing
