Precautions

Internet connection is required for first-time use. If your Wi-Fi cannot connect to the internet, Halo will be unable to obtain the initial boot configuration.

All settings on the settings page will only take effect after clicking "Save Settings" and restarting the device.

The filament runout detection feature is disabled by default. It can be accessed from the home screen by swiping up only after enabling it in the settings and restarting.

The power-off after printing feature is disabled by default and can be enabled in the settings.

All buttons in pop-up windows for canceling or pausing a print must be long-pressed; a single click is invalid (to prevent accidental touches).

In the System Services page, the Host service refers to the host computer.

When using the official firmware, do not attempt to replace the main control chip or FLASH chip.
Tip- Note: If your
moonraker.confconfiguration file size exceeds 4MB, you may not be able to use it normally. If abnormalities occur, please reduce the size of themoonraker.confconfiguration file.

System Firmware Update
- Halo version updates are divided into two types: Full Update and OTA Incremental Update.
- Full Update: Involves major underlying upgrades. Requires using a USB drive to flash the full firmware package.
- Incremental Update: Normal OTA updates. Check for updates on the Device Information page.
Language Selection
Using a Mobile Phone to Scan QR Code and Configure Wi-Fi
- Some mobile devices may not have the feature to connect to Wi-Fi via QR code scanning. You can connect to the hotspot named FLY-halo-xxxxxxxx in your phone's Wi-Fi settings.
- If a webpage does not pop up after connecting to the hotspot, you need to manually open the link in a browser.
- Please note that HALO can only use 2.4G Wi-Fi.
- The Halo screen cannot search for hidden Wi-Fi networks.
If the phone does not redirect after connecting to Wi-Fi, you can access the console via the following URL
Select the Wi-Fi Network to Connect To
- Select the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to.

Enter the IP Address for Connecting to Klipper
- Enter the Klipper IP address in the "MoonRaker IP" field.

Save and Exit
- Halo will automatically restart and connect to Klipper. The built-in Halo hotspot will automatically turn off.
