FLY Host Computer User Manual

Precautions:

  • Ensure the host computer is powered off before installing the expansion board.
  • Avoid using the expansion board in damp or dusty environments.
  • When installing the screen, ensure the power is disconnected and pay attention to the orientation of the screen cable to prevent damage.
  • When installing the fan, pay attention to the current and voltage specifications of the fan to avoid damage.
  • The FLY host computer can only use the middle RS232 interface, the FAN port, and the FPC screen interface!!!
  • Among FLY host computers, those compatible with the G2T host computer are PI V2, C8, and PRO X10.
  • The Gemini series and PI V1 are not compatible.

Method for Connecting to the Tool Board Using the Onboard RS232

  • After flashing the latest system onto the FLY host computer, you need to access the host computer's IP+:9999.

  • The FLY host computer can only use the middle RS232 interface, the FAN port, and the FPC screen interface!!!

  • Find UART1 in the system settings and save and restart.

Screen Usage Method

  • After flashing the latest system onto the FLY host computer, you need to access the host computer's IP+:9999.
    • fly-tft-v2-c is for the 3.5-inch TFT capacitive screen.
    • fly-tft-v2-r is for the 3.5-inch TFT resistive screen.
