Forced Movement

Long-pressing a button temporarily ignores the normal sensor edge stop condition and is intended only for clearing the filament path when sensor anomalies are confirmed. Before operating, make sure the filament path is clear and keep fingers and tools away from pinch points, feed wheels, and motors. After releasing the button, confirm that the mechanism has stopped. Do not use this feature for extended periods during printing.

Briefly press the status button to switch between the two modes. After switching, first observe the status light, then test individual channels.

In the paused (load) state, the status button, channel direction buttons, and indicator lights on both sides of the channel all show red, as shown below:

Channel Indicator Lights

Light PatternMeaning

Green flashingChannel is operating as the active channel

Status Button

The status button is used to toggle between load/automatic mode and to start sensor calibration. Buzzer notifications are described separately in the "Buzzer" section below.

Power-Off Procedure

Before performing any checks involving the filament path, wiring harness, terminals, or sensor installation listed in the table, completely turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply. Do not plug or unplug wiring harnesses or touch terminals while the device is powered on.

Calibration and error light patterns take priority over normal mode light patterns. If the alarm persists, first check the filament path and sensors; do not bypass the alarm by disabling protection.

Buzzer

The buzzer provides audible notifications only and does not affect mode switching or calibration functionality of the status button. If the beep parameter in the tool is set to 0, the device may not emit the following notification sounds.
