FLY-LLL Flux Buffer Automatic Filament Refill System
The FLY-LLL Flux Buffer is a dual-channel automatic filament refill system. Each motor channel includes two sensors for filament in and out, and the buffer contains 4 position sensors used to control feeding, stopping, retracting, and channel switching.

Can read the device's currently saved parameters and automatically refresh the status of up to 8 sensors; slave controllers not connected to a local buffer display 4 motor sensors.

Pre-Use Checks
Before inspecting wiring, connectors, or mechanical structures, completely turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply. Do not plug or unplug wiring, rearrange interface wires, or touch terminals while powered on.
- Confirm the filament path is clear and the feed wheel pressure is appropriate.
- Confirm all motor, buffer, button, and indicator light wiring connections are secure.
- Confirm no fingers, tools, or loose wires are near any moving parts.
- After the first use or after replacing the main controller firmware, perform sensor calibration and testing first.
