Features

• Replaces Z-axis limit switch
• Scanning without raising/lowering Z-axis, improving printing speed
• XY movement scanning for dense mesh bed probing

Connection

• Power: 5V
• Firmware: Klipper/Marlin
• Connection: Tool board/Mainboard (BDsensor will use one servo port and one limit switch port)
• Heated Bed: Compatible with ordinary PEI, aluminum plate heated beds, and other metal surface heated beds. Not compatible with magnetic perforated heated beds or non-metal surface heated beds.

Notes

• For Klipper, you need to download the latest BD-SENSOR patch and reflash the mainboard firmware.
• During debugging, keep the emergency stop within easy reach to avoid scratching the PEI surface.
• Recommended bed scanning speed: 200!
• Z-axis homing speed is not recommended to exceed 5.
