Download klippy.log

  • This tutorial uses the Google Chrome browser for operation. Please try other browsers on your own.
  • Ensure the upper computer can start normally.
  • Ensure your computer and the upper computer are on the same local network.

Open Browser​

  • Enter the upper computer's IP address in the browser's address bar to access the upper computer's homepage.

  1. Click the Configuration option in the left menu bar.

  2. Click the klippy.log option on the page, then right-click and select Download to download it.

Download​

  • After downloading, click the icon below.

  • Find Downloads and click to enter.
    Loading...
  • Locate the most recently downloaded klippy.log.
  • Note: If klippy.log has been downloaded multiple times, the system will automatically rename it.
  • Click the icon below.

  • Select Download insecure file.

Finish​

  • Send the downloaded Klippy.log to FLY's after-sales team.
